The method comprises the following steps: 1) for each selected cloud platform, building a software-defined network on the cloud platform; 2) selecting a server serving as an external open interface on each cloud platform, that is, an external interface server; 3) using the external interface server for interconnecting the virtual networks on the cloud platform, so as to realize the interconnection of the virtual networks of different cloud platforms; 4) the software-defined network management node is deployed on each external interface server, a multi-cloud environment network is constructed, and the virtual networks under the multi-cloud environment network are managed.
