The thinfilm transistor is arranged on an underlying substrate. The thin film transistor comprises a semiconductor active layer, source and drain patterns and gate patterns. The gate patterns include a gateelectrode. The gate patterns are arranged on one side, which is away from the underlying substrate, of the semiconductor active layer and insulated from the semiconductor active layer. The source anddrain patterns include a first electrode and a second electrode which are the source electrode and the drain electrode respectively. The source and drain patterns are electrically connected with the semiconductor active layer. The first electrode, the gate electrode and the second electrode present to be the first pattern, the first circle and the second circle which are nested from inside to outside in turn and arranged in a spacing way on the plane parallel to the underlying substrate. The semiconductor active layer presents to be circular on the plane parallel to the underlying substrate. The first pattern is one of the round and circle. The problem of low reliability of image display can be solved.
