Problems solved by technology

Northwest Yunnan is one of the main producing areas of Polyporus in Yunnan Province. Because of its high altitude and cold climate, the quality of Polyporus in Northwest Yunnan is better, and the content of polysaccharides is higher. However, pigs in Northwest Yunnan are currently The planting and production scale of Polyporus chinensis is limited to small-scale retail planting. More than 80% of Polyporus polyporus in the market comes from wild Polyporus chinensis resources. The production technology is relatively backward, and the planting techniques are varied, and the yield of planting is low. In the following two aspects: (1) the quality of the Armillaria fungus cultured by the traditional cellar storage method is not very good, the growth of the fungal cord is not good, and there are many diseases; (2) the filling or covering used is soil, which has poor air permeability , not conducive to the growth of Armillaria and Polyporus

Embodiment 1

[0027] Embodiment 1 planting application test (spring sowing)

[0028] Planting time: March 15, 2015 to March 15, 2016, test location: Shitou Township, Yulong County, Lijiang City, land type: ordinary farmland, planting area: 1 mu

[0029] 1. Armillaria fungus material preparation: On March 15, 2015, the purchased fresh oak tree (8-15cm in diameter) was cut into 45-50cm-long tree segments, and kept in the sun for 3-5 days under natural conditions. Other miscellaneous wood bases grow to a fence with a width of 5m and a height of 1m without leaks. Clean the bottom of the fence, spread a layer of miscellaneous leaves with a thickness of 10cm, spray a small amount of water, and cut out the scales of the oak tree sections that have been settled with a machete. At the mouth of the scale, inoculate the Armillaria strains (the species is Armillaria linyuan) at the mouth of the scales, place them in sequence in the bed, fill the gaps with miscellaneous leaves, one layer of miscellaneou...

Embodiment 2

[0035] Embodiment 2 box type or basket type cultivation application test (taking the basket type cultivation as example)

[0036] Planting period: May 25, 2016 to May 25, 2017. Test site: Microbiology Laboratory, Institute of Alpine Economic Botany, Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences.

[0037] One, the preparation of armillaria bacterial material is identical with example 1.

[0038] 2. Preparation of other materials

[0039] (1) Fresh section wood: select fresh oak tree to be cut into 45-50cm long tree section equally, air-dry under natural condition 3-5 days for subsequent use. (2) Field soil, sawdust, mountain base soil and pine hair: buy a small amount of miscellaneous wood chips, mountain base soil and pine hair for later use. Before planting, spray and mix well with 800× carbendazim solution, and the field soil is fresh soil collected from the field. (3) Preparation of plant ash, one week before planting, collect weeds or corn stalks and burn them for later use....

Abstract

The invention discloses a high-yield stable-yield planting method of polyporus umbellatus in northwest Yunnan. Before the polyporus umbellatus is cultivated, an armillaria mellea fungus material is first bred by adopting an overground fence cultivation method. When a yellow liquid flows out from two ends and wounds of the armillaria mellea fungus material, and white hyphae grow on the surface of the fungus material, a best planting period of polyporus umbellatus is achieved. According to the planting method, water accumulation in rainy seasons can be avoided with the adoption of the overgroundfence cultivation method, the fungus material is prevented from mildew, and the phenomena that the upper-layer fungus material is withered due to water lack or the development of the lower-layer fungus material is slow due to poor air permeability or water accumulation are prevented. Light-weight mountain base soil and leaves are adopted as cultivation materials, so that the water retention and air permeability are good, time and labor are saved in a collection and digging process, and the polyporus umbellatus can be collected at any time when the polyporus umbellatus is needed to be used. The filling materials used in the planting method of the polyporus umbellatus are light-weight good-air-permeable mountain base soil, miscellaneous wood chips, dried pine needles and the like, so that gas permeability, water retention and moisture retention are achieved, and time and labor are saved during the collection and digging of the polyporus umbellatus. In addition, mulch film is laid by adopting a double-film 1 / 4 overlap method, and the effects of grass prevention and water retention can be exerted.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of porcini planting, and in particular relates to a high-yield and stable-yield planting method of polyporus in northwestern Yunnan. Background technique [0002] Polyporus umbellatus (Pers.) Fr., also known as ground black peach, pig poria cocos, pig ganoderma lucidum, pig pig arrowhead, and pigtail, is a medicinal fungus of the genus Treeflower in the order Polyporaceae. Polyporus is a commonly used fungal medicinal material in my country. It has a medicinal history of more than 2,000 years and enjoys a high reputation at home and abroad. Traditional medicine proves that Polyporus has the effect of diuretic and dampness, and it is used for dysuria, edema, fullness, beriberi, diarrhea, stranguria, turbidity, and leukorrhea. Modern medicine has proved that the effective medicinal ingredient extracted from Polyporus polysaccharides is Polyporus polysaccharide, which is a non-specific cellular immune stimulan...
