Problems solved by technology

Traditional windbreak and sand fixation measures such as afforestation, grass grid sand barriers and clay sand barriers only have temporary effects in a local area, and are time-consuming, laborious, and inefficient, and are not long-term and fundamental solutions to the problem of soil desertification.

Embodiment Construction

[0017] The present invention will be described in detail below in combination with specific embodiments.

[0018] (1) Culture of algae species: Microcoletheca was taken from the Austin Algae Breeding Center, inoculated in BG-11 medium, placed in an air-lift photobiological incubator, cultured at 25°C±2°C, and exposed to light. Intensity of 40 μmol photons m -2 ·s -1 16 hours of light cultivation was changed to dark cultivation of 8 hours, and the algae were obtained by filtration after 14 days of cultivation. The algal seeds were dried in an oven at 30°C for 48 hours, then ground in a mortar, and stored at 4°C.

[0019] (2) Biochar preparation: Rice husks were carbonized in a top-firing carbonization furnace (carbonization temperature 600°C, average heating rate 120°C / h), ground and sieved (2 mm pore size) and stored for later use.

[0020] (3) Adding biochar to the sand: The sand was taken from the Tengger Desert and passed through a sieve (1mm pore size), treated with hig...

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a biochar and microcoleus vaginatus combined desert crusting agent. The preparation method comprises the steps: inoculating a culture medium with microcoleus vaginatus, placing the culture medium inoculated with microcoleus vaginatus into a culture box, and carrying out light culture and dark culture every day to obtain algae seeds; carbonizing ricehusks in a top combustion type carbonization furnace; carrying out high-pressure steam treatment on sand, then, uniformly mixing the treated sand and biochar according to a certain ratio to obtain sand-biochar, then, spreading the sand-biochar in a plastic plate, dissolving dried microcoleus vaginatus powder into deionized water, and uniformly spraying the solution on the surface of the sand-biochar; and placing an opening of the plastic plate in a ventilated and illuminated culture box, carrying out light culture and dark culture every day, and replenishing running water to the plastic plateevery day within first several days of culture to finally obtain the desert crusting agent. The preparation method has the beneficial effects that the formation of desert crusts under a drought condition is promoted remarkably, the sand stabilization effect is good, and the biochar and microcoleus vaginatus combined desert crusting agent is an ideal desert crusting agent.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental ecological restoration of biochar and Microcoletheca, and relates to a method for cultivating biochar combined with Microcoletheca desert crusting agent. Background technique [0002] Biochar is a solid carbon-rich substance obtained by thermochemical conversion of biomass raw materials (such as wood chips, straw, livestock manure, etc.) under anoxic or anaerobic conditions. Numerous studies have shown that biochar is an ideal soil amendment, which has remarkable effects in improving soil nutrients, improving soil structure, improving soil water and nutrient retention capacity, increasing soil microbial abundance, diversity and improving community structure. [0003] Microcoleus vaginatus is a terrestrial filamentous cyanobacteria that exhibits strong adaptability to unfavorable habitats such as extreme drought, high temperature, high salinity, and high ultraviolet radiation. It is the most ...
