Abstract

The invention discloses a control method of inclusions in ultra-low carbon steel and aims at solving the technical problem of high removal cost and difficulty in effective removal of aluminum oxide inclusions in the ultra-low carbon steel with the carbon content being 0.0020 percent grade at present. The control method of the inclusions in the ultra-low carbon steel comprises the following steps of 1) adopting converter top-bottom blowing; 2) conveying molten steel in a steel ladle into a refining furnace for refining treatment; 3) conveying the molten steel in the steel ladle into an RH vacuum furnace for refining treatment; and 4) performing slab continuous casting on the molten steel after refining treatment with the RH vacuum furnace to obtain a continuous cast slab. The control methodis simple in technology control, effectively removes the inclusions in the steel in the ultra-low carbon steel production process, is low in removal cost of the inclusions and is stable and reliable.
