The double-drum oil damping shock absorber is characterized in that the fixed base is connected with one end of the piston rod, the bottom end of the piston rod penetrates through a shaft hole in the middle of an integrated oil seal base and then is arranged in an oil storage inner cavity in the working cylinder, the multiple annular damping plates are arranged in the portion, below the piston head, in the oil storage inner cavity, damping holes are formed in the annular damping plates, and the anti-collision cylinder barrel is sleeved with the damping spring; and when the annular damping plates are collided or extruded by the piston head, the annular damping plates deform alongthe damping holes, the staggered damping holes deform by force, the adjacent annular damping plates make contact with each other, the damping holes of the adjacent annular damping plates are preventedfrom communicating, by means of the closed damping holes, oil flow is avoided, damping force is formed, movement of the piston head can be retarded, thus, effective damping shock absorption is formed, and shock absorption operation is achieved together in cooperation with the damping spring.
