Supporting bases providing radial supporting for a transmission shaft are arranged into a C shape, and the first supporting base and the second supporting base are arranged in front of the valve body, the supporting bearing interval is substantially decreased, and therefore the bending moment borne by the transmission shaft is substantially decreased, and the problems that the transmission shaft is too large in bending moment and large in machining difficulty are solved; and due to the arrangement of an isolating base, the disassembling and assembling difficulty of a flat key is effectively lowered, and due to the structure, preventing the shaft from fleeing out, on the isolating base, the overall rigidity and the action reliability of a transmission assembly are greatly improved.
