The method comprises: performing fuzzy processing on a Petri net model by using a fuzzy generation rule to obtain a fuzzy Petri net model, and based on the leapfrog algorithm, creating an initial population based on to-be-optimized parameters in the fuzzy Petri net model; performing optimization processing on the initial population by using the genetic algorithm; performing iterative optimization on the optimized initial population by using the leapfrog algorithm, and jumping out the iteration until the obtained new population meets the preset stopping condition or the number of times of iterations reaches the preset maximum number of times; and obtaining theoptimal solution from the obtained new population.
