Each fixed substrate is provided with an adsorption groove, a connecting hole, a negative pressure suction hole, a swing slot and a locking arc-shaped groove; each suction device comprises an insertion rod, a screw, an annular soft plug and a clamping nut; each positioning rod comprises a cylindrical barrel, a mandril, a fine rod, a handle, a stopping part and a compression spring; the lugs with holes are separately arranged on the upper end surfaces of the fixed substrates; and the lock bar is inserted between the pair of lugs with holes.
