Abstract

The invention relates to a star sensor system facilitating on-orbit replacement and an on-orbit replacement method. The method comprises ingenious structural design of a star sensor and a fixing device of the star sensor and an operating method for on-orbit replacement of the star sensor based on space manipulators. The fixing device of the star sensor and an electrical interface of the star sensor have tolerance property, even though the initial position has an error, autonomous and gradual adjustment can be performed through structural constraint and guidance automatically, and the star sensor is ensured to reach the preset position and accurate access of the electrical interface is realized. The space manipulator adopting a gripper as an end executor is utilized for grabbing the star sensor and the space manipulator adopting a sleeve as an end executor is utilized for screwing a self-locking bolt, and entering / withdrawing operation of the star sensor is completed under cooperation of the two manipulators. According to the method, the ingenious structure of the star sensor facilitating the on-orbit replacement and the fixing device of the star sensor is designed, and the on-orbitreplacement operation of the star sensor can be realized reliably by the aid of the space manipulators.
