Abstract

The array substrate comprises an underlayer substrate, multiple thin film transistors located on the underlayer substrate, multiple pixel electrodes located above the thin film transistors, a first common electrode and a second common electrode. The thin film transistors are arranged into a transistorarray. The pixel electrodes are connected with drain electrodes of the thin film transistors respectively. The first common electrode and the second common electrode are electrically connected throughan interconnecting structure. The interconnecting structure comprises an interconnecting region located above the first common electrode and the second common electrode, a second via hole for enabling the second common electrode to be connected to the interconnecting region, and a third via hole for enabling the first common electrode to be connected to the interconnecting region. The first common electrode and the second common electrode are electrically connected, so that the loading speed of common voltages is increased, and the uniformity of the common voltages is improved.
