Abstract

The invention discloses an information query method and device, computer equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps of acquiring multimedia files; performing regular matching on file extension names of the multimedia files, and determining the file types of the multimedia files; analyzing the multimedia files according to preset analysis modes corresponding to the file types toobtain content text information of the multimedia files and timestamp information corresponding to the content text information; establishing mapping relationships among file identifiers of the multimedia files, the content text information and the timestamp information, and storing the mapping relationships as file transfer records in a multimedia knowledge base; and if a query request of a useris received, matching a query keyword with the content text information on the basis of the multimedia knowledge base, and taking the successfully matched file transfer record as a query result. According to the technical scheme, the multimedia files of different file types can be analyzed and queried, so that the query efficiency of the multimedia files is improved.
