The invention provides a problem database management method based on an enterprise Wechat public platform and a system thereof, wherein the method comprises the steps of 1, after a checking person finds a problem, uploading the found problem information by means of the enterprise Wechat public problem; 2, after a manager receives the uploaded problem information, determining a rectification duty person, a rectification requirement, a rectification term and a rectification supervisor and pushing question information to assigned personnel; 3, after the rectification duty person receives the problem information, performing rectification on the problem according to the rectification request; 4, checking the notification information by the rectification supervisor, confirming finishing of problem rectification, and notifying a manager of deleting the problem information; and 5, after confirming the rectification finishing information by the manager, deleting the problem and performing storage. By means of the method and the system, visualization of the problem information and real-time and mobile problem management are realized.
