Abstract

The invention discloses an expansion planning method considering power grid structure optimization for a power transmission network. The expansion planning method comprises the steps of planning a load forecast value within time period according to a current power grid component parameter, planning a power planning scheme with the time period, and planning a candidate power grid component and a path scheme by a power grid; building an optimization model, wherein the optimization model takes sum of planning investment cost and power generation cost of the power transmission network within minimum planning period as a target and comprises a constraint condition; and converting the constraint condition in the optimization model to a hybrid integral linear planning model easy to solve, and solving the optimization model by employing a hybrid integral linear planning method to obtain a final expansion planning method considering power grid structure optimization for the power transmission network. The expansion planning method can be used for planning decision of the power transmission network, power grid planning and running coordination are facilitated, and the accuracy of the power grid planning scheme is promoted; and by the expansion planning method, optimal planning cost and running cost of the power grid can be achieved, the refined management of the power grid planning is favorably promoted, and the planning investment economy of the power grid is improved.
