The balancing cream is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: A-phase components: sucrose polystearate, cetostearylalcohol, glyceryl stearate, squalane, hydrogenated jojoba oil, polydimethylsiloxane, caprylic/capric triglyceride and phytosphingosine; B-phase components: water, betaine, glyceryl polymethacrylate and PVM/MA copolymer butyl ester; C-phase components: soybean isoflavone, saccharomycete/potato extract fermentation product filtrate, an epimedium grandiflorum extract, a belamcanda chinensis root extract, a palmitoyl grape seed extract, a yeast extract, rosa moschata oil, hexapeptide-3 and beta-glucan; D-phase components: methylisothiazolinone and essence. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the balancing cream for adjusting hormone.
