Abstract

The application discloses a control method for a loading pallet stacking device. The control method comprises the steps that loading pallets to be stacked are pushed to a first position by a push mechanism through a conveying mechanism; a clamping mechanism runs to the first position, and is inserted to flanks of the loading pallets, and the first position is the position under a first mounting plate; the clamping mechanism and the loading pallets are driven by lifting mechanisms to fall to the positions where brackets are located, and the loading pallets are released by the clamping mechanism; the brackets and the loading pallets placed on the brackets are driven by hoisting mechanisms to fall by the height of a single loading pallet; the push mechanism is returned to the initial position, and the lifting mechanisms and the clamping mechanism are returned to the initial positions; and the above steps are repeatedly conducted till the brackets fall to the lowest point or the stackingof the loading pallets is finished. According to the technical scheme, by means of the control method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the loading pallets can be pushed to the predetermined position without participation of staff; and the danger of operators is reduced while the working efficiency is improved.
