According to the embodiment of the invention, the to-be-refreshed server sends the refreshing request of the baseboard management controller to the pre-boot-execution-environment server, and receives the environment file and the refreshing script file of the baseboard management controller, thus refreshing can be carried out according to the environment management file and the refreshing script file of the baseboard management controller, thus automatic refreshing of the to-be-refreshed server is realized, manual operations in a refreshing process are avoided, and refreshing efficiencyis greatly improved.
