Embodiment 1

[0076] In this embodiment, a network R1 including 7 nodes and 10 edges is taken as an example, such as Figure 4 and Figure 5 shown. Among them, node 1, node 2, node 3, and node 4 are a community, node 4, node 5, node 6, and node 7 are a community, and node 4 is an overlapping node.

[0077] Step 1. Initialization stage: Use the LeaderRank method to calculate the LR values of all nodes in the network, and sort them in descending order. The final sorting result is: {4, 1, 3, 5, 7, 2, 6}. This determines the update order of the nodes and assigns a unique label to each node.

[0078] Step 2, label propagation stage:

[0079] Step 2.1, first use Calculate the similarity between all nodes and generate a similarity matrix, as shown in Table 1:

[0082]

[0083] Step 2.2. Taking node 4 as an example, its neighbor node labels are respectively {(1,1), (3,1), (5,1), (7,1)}, and the subordinate node labels...

Embodiment 2

[0088] In this embodiment, the regular game network of the Football American College Football Team is taken as an example. This network includes 115 nodes and 613 edges. Each node represents a football team, and each edge represents a match between football teams. The 115 football teams are made up of 11 leagues as well as a separate league of 5 teams. The actual community structure of the network is as follows Figure 6 As shown in , the nodes 37, 43, 81, 83, and 91 are regarded as independent alliances because they have not competed with each other. Next, the method of the present invention is used to divide the network. In order to evaluate the performance of the method, the extended modularity EQ is used to measure the division results of overlapping community structures.

Abstract

The invention discloses an overlapping community mining method based on multi-tag propagation, belongs to that technical field of the complex network, and can mine the overlapping community structurefrom the network. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, the importance of the nodes in the network is sorted by using the LeaderRank method so as to determine the update order of the nodes and assign a unique tag to each node; secondly, the similarity of all the nodes is calculated to obtain a similarity matrix, the tag update strategy is designed based on the similarity between the nodes, and tag propagation is carried out through tag update strategy; and finally community partitioning is completed, the nodes with the same tag belong to the same community and the nodes with multiple tags belong to overlapping nodes. Compared with the traditional multi-tag propagation overlapping community mining method, the overlapping community structure can be more quickly and accurately marked out.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of complex networks, and relates to a method for mining overlapping communities based on multi-label propagation. Background technique [0002] There are various complex systems in real life. If the individual of the complex system is abstracted as a node, and the connection between individuals in the complex system is abstracted as an edge, then a complex system can be abstracted as a complex network. More and more structural modeling of complex systems can be done using complex networks, such as computer networks, biological networks, social networks, etc. [0003] With the rapid development of science and technology, people's research on complex networks continues to deepen, and community structure, as an important attribute in complex networks, has gradually attracted people's attention. The so-called community structure is that the nodes in the same community are closely connected, while the nodes in ...
