The invention relates to a massager core which comprises a therapy mechanism, a kneading drive mechanism, a knocking drive mechanism and a strength adjusting mechanism. The kneading drive mechanism drives the therapy mechanism to generate kneading massage action, the knocking drive mechanism drives the therapy mechanism to generate knocking massage action, and the strength adjusting mechanism adjusts the therapy strength of the therapy mechanism. The kneading drive mechanism comprises a first shaft support for supporting the therapy mechanism and can transform rotating action of the first shaft support into deflection movement of the therapy mechanism, and the strength adjusting mechanism can drive the therapy mechanism to rotate by taking the first shaft support as a center to adjust thetherapy strength of the therapy mechanism. The strength adjusting mechanism and the kneading drive mechanism of the massager core share the first shaft support, the integrated structure of the massager core is compact, and miniaturization design of the massager core is facilitated.
