Abstract

A pixel array substrate comprises a substrate, a data line, a plurality of scanning wires, a plurality of sub-pixel structures, a first insulation layer, a second insulation layer, a touch control wire, a third insulation layer, and a shared electrode. The plurality of pixel structures are electrically connected to the same data line, and are respectively used for displaying different colors and are respectively and electrically connected to the plurality of scanning wires. Each sub-pixel structure comprises an active component and a pixel electrode. The pixel electrode is disposed on the first insulation layer, and the second insulation layer covers the pixel electrode.
