The invention provides an ECG signal detection method, a detection device, computer equipment and a storage medium. The detection method comprises the following steps: inputting and training a first ECG signal of a known signal rhythm type in a convolutional neural network so as to obtain corresponding training parameters, and using the convolutional neural network from which the training parameters are obtained as an ECG signal detection model; and inputting and computing a second to-be-detected ECG signal in the ECG signal detection model, and outputting and obtaining a signal rhythm type ofthe second ECG signal. The ECG signal detection model, which undergoes training, can replace medical specialists to complete full automatic detection of signal rhythm types in the ECG signals of a patient, so that a great amount of human and material costs can be saved; and meanwhile, the accuracy of detecting the signal rhythm types in the ECG signals can reach, and even exceed, that of the specialists.
