The manipulator is characterized in that the other end of a straight rack is meshed with afirst gear, and a first rotating rod is fixedly connected with the first gear in an inserting mode; the two ends of the first rotating rod are rotationally connected to the inner side wall of a fixingframe, and the side wall of the first rotating rod is fixedly connected with a first mechanical clamping jaw. According to the manipulator with the efficient clamping and fixing functions for the industrial machinery, the movement of the first mechanical clamping jaw and the movement of a second mechanical clamping jaw can drive a second fixing plate to move upwards through hinge rods so as to fix a mechanical part; the upward movement of a moving rod can pull a rotating tube to rotate through a steel rope, due to the fact that the inner side wall of the rotating tube is in threaded connection with a screw rod, the rotation of the rotating tube can enable the screw rod to move downwards, and then a first fixing plate can fix the mechanical part; and a buffer device is arranged so that thesituation of being stuck can be prevented from happening, and therefore, the manipulator can achieve the effect of firmly fixing the mechanical part.
