According to the manipulator with the efficient clamping and fixing functions for the industrial machinery, the movement of the first mechanical clamping jaw and the movement of a second mechanical clamping jaw can drive a second fixing plate to move upwards through hinge rods so as to fix a mechanical part; the upward movement of a moving rod can pull a rotating tube to rotate through a steel rope, due to the fact that the inner side wall of the rotating tube is in threaded connection with a screw rod, the rotation of the rotating tube can enable the screw rod to move downwards, and then a first fixing plate can fix the mechanical part; and a buffer device is arranged so that thesituation of being stuck can be prevented from happening, and therefore, the manipulator can achieve the effect of firmly fixing the mechanical part.
