Abstract

The method comprisesthe following steps: using a standard book and magazine printed matter as a standard sample, and an analysis system collecting a defect-free printed matter as a standard image; taking the book and magazine printed matter to be detected as a sample, placing on an X-Y positioning workbench, through the regularity statistics of pixel gray scale and a digital original manuscript by an analysis system, respectively obtaining a pattern with a texture characteristic, a detection pattern obtained by printing and outputting, and a sample image made by combining frames; comparing and analyzing the sample image with the standard image; analyzing the characteristic quantity in a detection interest domain based on the digital image processing technology, and finally giving the relevant quality attribute description numerically.
