The method comprises the following characteristics: when consumers consume food and beverage, applying for registration of food and beverage consumption information to a server; when the server judges that the food and beverage consumption information conforms to the registration,the consumer inquiring about the raw material traceability information of the food and beverage consumption through a web site two-dimensional code containing an ID corresponding to the food and beverage consumption information. The invention truly realizes the function of tracing the raw materials of the food and beverage and really prevents the raw materials from appearing in front of the consumers which are not in conformity with the sanitary conditions. As the inquiry tool uses a very common smart phone, the complexity of inquiring and identifying the traceability information of the raw materials of the food and beverage of the consumers is reduced, and the system construction cost is extremely low.
