Abstract

The invention provides an atomizing device and an electronic cigarette. The atomizing device comprises a cartridge tube, a heating assembly, an upper cover, a base and a first sealing part. A liquid storage cavity and a smoke channel are formed in the cartridge tube. The heating assembly is used for atomizing E-liquid through heating to form smoke, and the smoke channel is used for conveying the smoke. The upper cover and the base are fixed to support the heating assembly between the upper cover and the base, a liquid inlet hole is formed in the upper cover and communicated with the liquid storage cavity, and the E-liquid in the liquid storage cavity flows onto the heating assembly through the liquid inlet hole. An air inlet hole is formed in the atomizing device so that air can enter theatomizing device through the air inlet hole to drive the smoke to flow into the smoke channel. The first sealing part is arranged between the upper cover and the heating assembly, and meanwhile makescontact with the upper cover and the heating assembly to realize sealing, and an air guiding channel is formed between the first sealing part and the heating assembly and used for guiding the air which flows into through the air inlet hole into the liquid storage cavity. In this way, the atomizing device can improve atomizing efficiency.
