The full-tensioning cable truss building structure system comprises a rigid outer ring beam, an upper ring cable, a lower ring cable, a plurality of upper radial cables, a plurality of lower radial cables, a plurality of supporting rods and a plurality of stay cables, wherein the upper ring cable and the lower ring cable are arranged on the inner side of the rigid outer ring beam, the upper radial cables are arranged between the upper ring cable and the rigid outer ring beam, thelower radial cables are arranged between the lower ring cable and the rigid outer ring beam, and the supporting rods are arranged between the upper ring cable and the lower ring cable; the stay cables are arranged between every two adjacent supporting rods respectively, and the rigid outer ring beam is in a saddle shape. The rigid outer ring beam only needs to be vertically constrained, and the whole structure forms a self-balancing system.
