Under the control of the control device, probes collect and record the process of using fire, various operations when cooking foods and voice commands and instructions when a cook is cooking foods to form a recorded timeline file; a service platform converts the timeline file into a fire controlling file during cooking and a total timing file for cooking a certain food; the duration and degree of heating of the electric control cooking utensil are automatically controlled to restore different durationand degree of heating in each stage when the cook cooks foods; the sound playing device plays a sound total timing file; and a video total timing file can be played in the user terminal or a display terminal.
