Abstract

The invention specifically relates to a reduction system of a multi-gas-based shaft furnace and a reduction method thereof. The reduction system comprises a first shaft furnace and a second gas-basedshaft furnace. The first shaft furnace is composed of a central gas-based shaft furnace arranged in the center and a pyrolyzing furnace integrally formed with the outer side of the central shaft furnace, an oxidized pellet inlet is formed in the top of the central gas-based shaft furnace, a top gas outlet is formed in the side edge of the upper portion of the central gas-based shaft furnace, and asponge iron outlet is formed in the lower portion of the central gas-based shaft furnace. The pyrolyzing furnace is internally provided with a heating radiation pipe, a coal inlet is a formed in thetop of the pyrolyzing furnace, and an extraction coal outlet is formed in the bottom of the pyrolyzing furnace. A plurality of nozzle assemblies are circumferentially distributed on the lower portionof the furnace wall between the pyrolysis furnace and the central gas-based shaft furnace. The pyrolysis furnace and the outer side of the central shaft furnace are integrally formed, specifically, atleast a part of side walls of the pyrolysis furnace and the central shaft furnace are a first common cavity wall of the pyrolysis furnace and the central shaft furnace, the first common cavity wall is made of silicon brick materials, and the cavity wall accounts for at least 1 / 2 of the area of the side wall of the central shaft furnace.
