Abstract

The invention relates to an MEMS (micro-electromechanical system) printing head package and aims to solve technical problems of difficulty in evaluation of driving effects of a micro driving unit anddifficulty in observation and wiping of ink droplets at a nozzle due to complete wrapping of a printing head chip in an existing printing head package. The printing head package comprises a nozzle plate, a vibrating plate, an ink supply transition layer and a printed circuit board sequentially from bottom to top. The lower surface of the nozzle plate is completely exposed, the printed circuit board is suspended above the vibrating plate by the aid of the ink supply transition layer, and the printed circuit board is provided with openings corresponding to an ink supply pipe hole and the micro driving unit to enable an external ink supply pipe to penetrate the printed circuit board to connect with the ink supply pipe hole and expose the micro driving unit. The printing head package is convenient for a laser vibration detector to detect vibration of the micro driving unit in a vibrating process, and suspension ink and residual ink around the nozzle in a printing head ink jet process can be wiped conveniently.
