The device comprises a container, a vacuumizing device connected with the container as well as an explosion source device, wherein the explosion source device comprises a pressurizing device, a piston cylinder, a first piston, an elastic piece, a seal ring, a second piston, a barrel, a diaphragm, a housing,marbles, a pressure relief switch, a glass cover covering the barrel and an air pressure regulating device connected with the glass cover; the piston cylinder is connected with the barrel; the top ofthe barrel is connected with the housing; emission holes filled with the marbles are formed in the housing; the second piston is arranged in the barrel; the diaphragm is arranged at the upper end of the barrel; the first piston is located in the piston cylinder; the elastic piece is arranged at the lower end of the first piston, the seal ring is arranged between the upper end of the first piston and the piston cylinder; the lower end of the first piston divides the piston cylinder into two cavities; an air hole for communicating the two cavities is formed in the lower end of the first piston,and a first check valve is arranged in the air hole; the pressurizing device is communicated with the lower cavity of the piston cylinder; the piston cylinder is connected with the pressure relief switch.
