The optical fiber connector further comprises a glue cap used for being sleeved at the end, which is away from the insertion core, of the tail handle, wherein the glue cap is provided with an inner cavity used foraccommodating glue, and the wall of the inner cavity is slidably and hermetically matched with the side wall of the tail handle. The tail handle assembly of the optical fiber connector comprises a tail handle, wherein the tail handle is provided with an insertion core connecting end for inserting an insertion core. The tail handle assembly further comprises a glue cap used for being sleeved at the end, which is away from the insertion core connecting end, of the tail handle, wherein the glue cap is provided with an inner cavity used for accommodating glue, and the wall of the inner cavity isslidably and hermetically matched with the side wall of the tail handle.
