The invention discloses a predictive maintenance method of offshore wind power based on a probabilistic stochastic deterioration model of wind turbines, which comprises the following steps: taking power characteristic curve of benchmark wind turbine as expectation, calculating absolute error between power value of same type wind turbine and power value of benchmark wind turbine in each wind speedinterval; taking absolute error as the random variable and obeying normal distribution, establishing the stochastic model; calculating the mean and standard deviation of the error, and judging whetherthe fan has potential failure or not according to the mean and standard deviation; judging the health status of the other wind turbines in the wind farm, making the maintenance plan of offshore windpower according to the potential failure of each wind turbine, and realizing the predictive maintenance of offshore wind power.
