Abstract

The invention discloses a side core pulling mechanism with a lever. The side core pulling mechanism comprises a moving template, the lever, a fixed template and a template fixing bottom plate, whereinthe left end of the lever is provided with a circular-arc sliding chute; the template fixing bottom plate is used for fixing the fixed template; and the moving template can move towards or far away from the fixed template. The lever is rotationally fixedly mounted on a lever supporting point at the top of the moving template; a side mold core is arranged in the circular-arc sliding chute in the left end of the lever; one end of the side mold core is mounted in the circular-arc sliding chute in a sliding manner; and the other end of the side mold core stretches out from a side mold core hole in the top of the moving template to enter a mold cavity in the interior of the moving template to be used as a mold core. According to the side core pulling mechanism, the molding of a small hole in the side surface of a plastic part is realized by means of the side mold core; the circular-arc sliding chute in the lever is used for guiding and driving the side mold core to move up and down in a pin hole while the lever is overturned; and further, the side core pulling or return is realized. The side core pulling mechanism with the lever, which is provided by the invention, is simple in overallstructure and convenient to operate, and can be used for quickly finishing side core pulling and avoiding the damage to the plastic part.
