The bottom of the upper die base is symmetrically provided with two guide slide plate, a check block is arranged between each guide slide plate and the upper pad, and a sliding block is in sliding connection with each guide slide plate. First return springs are connected between the sliding blocks and the check blocks in the abutting mode. A first inclined surface is arranged on the outer side of the bottom of each sliding block, and a diagonal punch is arranged on the inner side of the bottom of each sliding block. The lower die comprises a lower support plate, a bottom block and a lower die base which are sequentially connected from bottom to top.
