Problems solved by technology

However, if the PR area is increased to allow a larger vibration amplitude of the PR, enough vibration space needs to be reserved in the structure, which will seriously reduce the effective volume of the sound cavity
In addition, a large-area PR will increase the overall design size, which not only affects the aesthetics of the process, but also fails to meet the requirements of consumers for portability.

Embodiment Construction

[0025] The following will clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. Obviously, the described embodiments are some of the embodiments of the present invention, but not all of them. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by persons of ordinary skill in the art without creative efforts fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

[0026] An embodiment of the present invention provides a passive radiator (PR) tuning box. like figure 1 As shown, it can be a section view of the PR tuning box along a certain axis of symmetry. The PR tuning box shown in the figure may include a bracket 10 , a loudspeaker 20 , a passive diaphragm 30 and a limit spring 40 . Specifically, the two-in-one speaker used in the PR tuning box is shown in the figure.

Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a passive radiator tuning box, which comprises a bracket, a loudspeaker, a passive diaphragm and a limit elastic wave, wherein the bracket forms a cavity withan opening at one end; the loudspeaker at least includes a voice coil and a cone, and the loudspeaker is fixed in the cavity by connecting the passive diaphragm and the limit elastic wave; the passivediaphragm is arranged around the cone and is arranged at the opening end of the cavity together with the cone; and the limit elastic wave is connected between the lower end of the loudspeaker and thebracket and used for supporting the loudspeaker and preventing transverse movement of the loudspeaker. According to the embodiment of the invention, the upper end of the loudspeaker is provided withthe passive diaphragm connected with the bracket, and the loudspeaker and the passive diaphragm are arranged in a two-in-one manner, thereby being capable of designing the overall PR tuning box to besmaller in size so as to be applicable to small-size portable sound boxes, and meeting the requirement of being portable of consumers.

Description

technical field [0001] Embodiments of the present invention relate to the field of acoustics, and more particularly, to a passive radiator tuning box. Background technique [0002] Loudspeaker, also known as "horn", is a transducer device that converts electrical signals into acoustic signals. Audio electric energy makes its paper cone or diaphragm vibrate and resonate with the surrounding air through electromagnetic, piezoelectric or electrostatic effects to produce sound. Among them, the phase-inverted speaker (bass reflex), also known as the phase-inverted open-hole box and the low-frequency radial speaker, has the advantages of high efficiency, good low-frequency characteristics, and small size. [0003] The vibration of the speaker cone and the sound waves generated by the rear cavity will push the passive radiator (Passive Radiator, PR), that is, the vibration of the passive diaphragm. The PR tuning box belongs to the passive radiator box design in the bass reflex. T...
