The nonuniform interbedding interface drillingdeviation rectification method comprises the following steps of utilizing a drilling machine for drilling into an interface of rock soil of different rigidity in a preset direction, and continuing toconduct drilling; stopping drilling after the drilling depth of the drilling machine reaches the first preset depth to form preliminary drill holes, and taking out the drilling machine; detecting therigidity of surrounding rock soil of the preliminary drill holes, and obtaining the maximal rigidity of the surrounding rock soil of the preliminary drill holes; pouring concrete into the preliminarydrill holes, wherein after the concrete is completely solidified, the rigidity of the concrete is equal to the maximal rigidity of the surrounding rock soil of the preliminary drill holes; after theconcrete is completely solidified, utilizing the drilling machine for drilling to the second preset depth in the preset direction to form pile holes.
