The method comprises the following steps that: alternating current voltage is applied to electrical equipment insulation, and current which flows through the steady state of the electrical equipment insulation is measured; according to the alternating current voltage and the current, the complex capacitance of the electrical equipment insulation is measured; direct current voltage is applied to the electrical equipment insulation, and current amplitude which flows through the steady state of the electrical equipment insulation is measured; according to the direct current voltage and the current amplitude, the direct current resistance of the electrical equipment insulation is calculated; and according to the complex capacitance and the direct current resistance of the electrical equipment insulation, the polarization and depolarization current is obtained. Thecomplex capacitance and the direct current resistance of the insulation are measured, since the complex capacitance and the direct current resistance are dielectric response characteristics under an insulation steady state, the complex capacitance and the direct current resistance are slightly affected by direct current and alternating current, and therefore, antijamming capability is high.
