The interior ofthe tank body is hollow, and the bottom of the tank body is opened. A skirt portion is formed on the upper surface of the base. The skirt portion is integrally combined with the base at the peripheryof the base, and vertically extends upwards from the periphery of the base to form an upper opening. A lower opening is formed in the lower surface of the base. An adjusting channel vertically penetrating through the base is arranged in the lower opening in a communicating manner. The lower opening is in screw connection with a lower adjusting end cover for closing the lower opening. The outer side wall of the bottom of the tank body is in screw connection with the inner side of the skirt portion. A gas line is arranged on the side wall of the base in a downward inclining manner. The gas linedeparts from the upper surface of the base and finally leads to the outer side of the base.
