Abstract

The invention relates to an automatic electric barring device. The automatic electric barring device comprises a motor, a speed reducer, a clutch, an axial displacement output device and a travel switch. The clutch comprises a pair of bevel gears, a spline shaft, a transmission shaft, a clutch shaft, an electromagnet, a first coil which is opposite to the magnetic pole of the electromagnet, and asecond coil which is the same as the magnetic pole of the electromagnet. A small bevel gear in the pair of bevel gears is arranged on an output shaft of the speed reducer in a sleeved mode, and a large bevel gear in the pair of bevel gears and the transmission shaft are installed on the same spline shaft through splines. The outer circle of the transmission shaft is provided with an outer thread section which is connected with the inner thread section of the inner hole of the clutch shaft in a matched mode. A barring gear is arranged on the outer circle of the clutch shaft, and an electromagnet is embedded in the end face of the clutch shaft. The first coil, the second coil, the axial displacement output device and the travel switch are arranged on the clutch box body. According to the automatic electric barring device, the electromagnet and the two coils form a rotating speed difference between the inner threads and the outer threads which are meshed with each other when the clutch shaft and the transmission shaft are synchronously rotated, so that the clutch shaft can axially move along the threaded section, and automatic meshing and automatic disconnection of the barring devicecan be realized.
