Firstly, sulfonate ions and iron ions (Fe3<+>) of porphyrin are combined, and the metal-porphyrin nano-particles are formed by self-assembly. A nanostructure has more excellent sonodynamic therapy properties and molecular image monitoring and tracingproperties. In the invention, targeted peptide-modified Zn(II)-dimethylpyridamine dimer (Bis(DPA-Zn)-RGD) is prepared. Further, bis(DPA-Zn)-RGD with tumor targeting ability is modified on the surfaceby applying the ability to combine the sulfonate ions on the nano-TPPS surface with the Zn(II)-dimethylpyridamine (DPA-Zn).
