Abstract

The invention relates to an impact response spectrum testing device and a testing method based on elastic stress wave loading. An elastic stress wave loading device is combined with a waveform shaper,an excitation waveform capable of accurately adjusting is formed, and a defect of a current testing device that the excitation waveform is not easy to adjust is avoided. At the same time, while an impact rod collides with an incident rod, a generated elastic stress is large in amplitude value, and short in impact duration time, a high-frequency component of a resonance device can be excited, andnear-medium field explosion signal simulation is performed. In addition, because a balancing weight can be randomly installed at any positions of a resonance plate, inherent characters of the resonance plate can be adjusted. A speed of the impact rod is changed through adjusting a pressure of an air cylinder, so the amplitude value of an elastic wave is adjusted; pulse duration time is changed through adjusting a shape of the impact rod; thereby a shape of the elastic wave is changed through adjusting a shape of a waveform generator; and frequency of a resonance response plate is adjusted through changing an installing position of the balancing weight, finally different impact response spectral lines can be generated, and impact response spectrum tests of various indexes are conveniently performed.
