Abstract

The invention provides a micro-disturbing flow grating specially-shaped gas flow path for a speed type ultrasonic meter. The micro-disturbing flow grating specially-shaped gas flow path comprises a flow path body, a transducer gland, a transducer seat, a transducer, and a rubber gasket. A flattened double-elliptical intersecting structure is formed at the inner side of the flow path body. A plurality of metal rectiblocks are arranged in a flat and straight cavity of the middle part of the flow path body. The transducer gland has a hollow semi-spindle-body structure; and a plurality of transducer pressing columns are arranged inside the transducer gland. After the rubber gasket is installed by cooperating with the transducer, the transducer is compressed and fixed in the transducer seat tightly. A reserved hole having the size corresponding to that of a piezoelectric ceramic is formed in the piezoelectric ceramic side of the transducer to realize convenient ultrasonic access to the channel. A plurality of micro-disturbing flow gratings are arranged outside the transducer seat along the periphery uniformly; some gratings are arranged in a direction perpendicular to the circumferential tangential direction and certain angles are formed between the residual gratings and the central axis; and parts of micro-disturbing flow gratings outside the transducer seat are higher than other gratings to realize cooperative fixation with reserved channels formed in the openings at two ends of the flow path. According to the invention, with the specially designed micro-disturbing flow grating specially-shaped flow path, uniform gas field distribution is realized; and the gas can be rectified to be in a stable flowing state.
