Abstract

The invention discloses a piston type deep sea acoustic release device based on pressure compensation. The acoustic release device includes a release assembly, a pin assembly and a piston assembly, wherein the release assembly includes a first-level lever, a second-level lever, a release support plate and a pin shaft, the pin assembly includes a release device casing, a top cover, a support rod, aconnection pin, a lead screw nut, a lead screw, a coupling, a motor mounting seat, a driving motor and a rear cover, the piston assembly includes a piston and a sealing ring, and the release supportplate and the release device casing are mounted on the top cover through screws. The release device is advantaged in that an internal cavity of the release device casing is filled with hydraulic oil,the piston assembly can slide back and forth to make the hydraulic oil pressure in the release device casing substantially equal to the seawater pressure, the internal and external pressure differenceof the sealing ring is greatly reduced, reliability of the sealing ring is improved, automatic compensation for the deep sea pressure is achieved, moreover, thickness of the release device casing canbe greatly reduced by means of internal oil filling.
