Abstract

One end of the lower portionof a wire rope penetrates through an inner chamber of the pillar, penetrates out of the top end of the pillar, winds across a pulley and is freely suspended through a guide wheel. The tail end of thewire rope clamps a weight through a wire rope clamp.
