Abstract

The invention relates to an intelligent alarm system and a method for community property. The system comprises an information processing module, a network communication module, and a plurality of homeintelligent terminals. The network communication module comprises a first gateway device and a plurality of second gateway devices, and is connected with the first gateway device. Each second gatewaydevice is connected with the home intelligent terminals which are in the detection range of the second gateway device. The plurality of second gateway devices is in communication connection with thefirst gateway device to complete the network communication connection between the information processing module and the home intelligent terminals. The information processing module is internally provided with an operating system and an upper computer program developed based on the operating system. The home intelligent terminals detect various alarm information in the room in real time and transmit the alarm information to the information processing module in real time.
