The invention provides a queuing time prediction method, which comprises the following steps of: when a service handling request sent by a client terminal is received, distributing the service handling request to a corresponding queue; obtaining historical service processing records of seats in the queue, and calculating the processing speed of processing various types of service by the queue according to a preset algorithm; obtaining to-be-processed service handling request information of the queue, and carrying out classification statistics to obtain to-be-processed quantity of various typesof service in the to-be-processed service handling request; and calculating corresponding queuing time according to the to-be-processed number of the various types of services and the processing speed of the queue for processing the various types of services and a preset first calculation formula, and sending the queuing time to the client terminal. The invention further provides a queuing time prediction device and equipment and a computer readable storage medium. The accuracy of the queuing time prediction result can be improved, so that the client experience is improved.
