The system comprises an integrated processing unit, a traffic antenna unit, a GNSS antenna and a satellite antenna unit; thetraffic antenna unit is used for receiving radio frequency signals of the L-wave band induced by an omnidirectional antenna and sending the radio frequency signals to the integrated processing unit; the integrated processing unit is used for monitoring and detecting running state of an integrated processing device, if the equipment is normal, keeping the airborne monitoring system in a silent state, if the equipment is abnormal, outputting monitoring information through satellite links, ADS-B and beidou short messages; the satellite antenna unit is used for receiving and transmitting satellitecommunication signals; the GNSS antenna is used for receiving navigation positioning information of a beidou navigation satellite and the GNSS.
