One end of each hard tube is communicated with an outlet of the bottom of the corresponding sand box; the side,close to a sandblast nozzle on a wheel of the D-series high-speed train, of an equipment cabin is provided with an upward concave notch, the side wall of the notch is a connecting plate and is provided with mounting holes lower than outlets of the sand boxes, the other ends of the hard tubes are fixed in the mounting holes, so that the hard tubes have a certain height difference, and sand discharging of the hard tubes is facilitated. The length of the hoses is reduced, and the swing magnitude of the hoses is reduced. One end of each hose is communicated with the corresponding hard hose, the other end of each hose is communicated with the mounted sandblast nozzle, under tensioning of the tensioning devices, the hoses are higher than the sandblast nozzle, and therefore the hoses conveniently discharge sand to the sandblast nozzle.
