Abstract

The invention discloses a pipeline positioning device and a pipeline positioning method. The pipeline positioning device comprises a host, a sound signal generating device and a pickup device; the sound signal generating device is installed at the exposed point where a pipeline is exposed to the ground and is used for making the pipeline produce a sound signal; the pickup device is connected withthe host; and the pickup device is used for acquiring the sound signal produced by the pipeline on the ground, and transmitting the sound signal to the host. According to the pipeline positioning device, the sound signal is produced by the pipeline to be positioned through the sound signal generating device; the sound signal produced by the pipeline is acquired by the pickup device; the sound signal is transmitted to the host; the sound signal is analyzed and processed through the host; the frequency spectrum and the numerical value of the sound signal are displayed; and the pipeline is positioned by comparing the frequency spectrums and the numerical values of the sound signals at different detecting points. According to the pipeline positioning device, the pipeline is accurately positioned on the ground.
