The device comprises a measuring platform and a refrigerator component to be tested, wherein the refrigeratorcomponent to be tested is longitudinally embedded into the measuring platform, and the refrigerator component to be tested is connected and fixedly arranged in a refrigerating capacity measuring platform of the GM refrigerator through a bolt and a sealing ring I. The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: one refrigerator is used for respectively cooling a first radiation screen anda second radiation screen of the refrigerating capacity measuring platform of the GM refrigerator, so as to minimize the influence of the radiation and heat leakage of an external conduction and heatleakage machine on the measurement of the refrigerating capacity of the GM refrigerator.
